Visit us at Stand 2G11 in Hall 2 to explore how our materials and technologies enhance equipment performance and extend service life in the most demanding environments.
Proven Wear Solutions for Oil & Gas
Wall Colmonoy is a trusted supplier to the Oil & Gas sector, offering a wide portfolio of nickel and cobalt-based hardfacing alloys and engineered components designed to combat wear, corrosion, erosion, and extreme temperatures.
Our wear-resistant technologies support applications in oil & gas exploration, drilling, pumping, refining, and maintenance, helping reduce downtime, maintenance costs, and field failures.
Hardfacing Alloys: Colmonoy® & Wallex®
Drilling tools, pumps, and valve components in oil & gas operations benefit from our hardfacing alloys, which provide exceptional resistance to corrosion and abrasive wear. Colmonoy® (nickel) and Wallex® (cobalt) hardfacing alloys are available powder, rod, wire, and casting forms and for a range of deposition methods including:
- Spray & Fuse (Spraywelder™ and Fusewelder™ Torch Systems)
- Plasma Transferred Arc (PTA)
- Laser Cladding
- HVOF, HVAF & Plasma Spray
- HIPping (Hot Isostatic Powders)
- Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing
Whether you’re repairing high-wear components or protecting new parts, Wall Colmonoy’s metallurgical expertise ensures you get the right alloy, every time.

WallCarb™ HVOF Powders
Our WallCarb™ HVOF carbide powders produce dense, low-porosity coatings with excellent wear and corrosion resistance. Spherical and sintered for optimal flow and deposition efficiency, they reduce grinding and finishing times.
Applications within Oil & Gas, Mining, Power Gen include pump components, valves (gate and ball), downhole tools, slurry pumps, rams, actuators, hydraulic rods, pistons, gas turbines, nozzles, blades, exhaust fans

ColWear™ Vacuum Fused Wear Plates
ColWear™ wear plates, vacuum fused with Colmonoy®, Wallex®, or iron-based alloys, provide superior protection against abrasive, erosive, and corrosive wear for stacked layers, slurry pumping pipelines and more - ideal for extreme Oil & Gas environments.
- Lightweight, smooth, crack-free design
- High hardness to the fusion line
- Easy to form, weld, and fabricate
WallCarb™ Components for Bearing Systems
WallCarb™ coated components deliver long-lasting performance in high wear applications like mud motor bearings and downhole drilling. Coatings are applied to internal, external, and flat surfaces to combat wear in:
- Stabilisers & Bearing Housings
- Drive Shafts & Mandrels
- OD/ID Bearing Rings
- Turbodrills and Mud Motor Bearings
